The material on the website has been developed by OGWA project partners and their consultants on an 'as is' basis. The OGWA project partners makes no warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. Data presented in the interactive tool is derived from multiple datasets, made available from the agencies which collect the data, and provide the data to Pollution Probe on an 'as is' basis. The key datasets used and adapted include: National Pollutant Release Inventory, Hydat (water quantity) data, 30-Year Weather Normals, Ontario Provincial Water Quality Monitoring Network, MDDEP water quality and wells, L'ATINO land use and geology, Mississippi Valley Conservation watershed data, Rideau Valley Conservation Authority watershed data, South Nation Conservation watershed data; H2O Chelsea surface water quality, the National Capital Commission parks, green belts and floodplains, City of Gatineau floodplains and Land Information Ontario land use, borehole, and potential areas of tourism and recreation.
